Hello again Everyone,
I can’t believe the time is going by so quickly! Now, we’re almost having Easter again. And I’m sure I don’t have to tell you how much children (and old people) love chocolate!! 😊
Look at me now, falling into the door with requests when I had said I do not send out Newsletters to ask for anything, but to keep you guys in the loop of what’s happening with our widows and orphans.
As a continuation of a Christmas gift, the children were taken for a rock-climbing experience, and they had SO much fun!!
There is an alley/service lane behind our homes, and we have had huge problems with undesirables trying to break in from behind the homes. Our CEO, Neil got together with the neighborhood and together they came up with a solution! A gate was organized and now no one can enter the lane without prior permission. This is an awesome solution, not only for our homes but for the entire block!
Birthdays for March will be our twin boys John and Johnson who will be turning 18! Wow! Our kids are really becoming awesome young men!!
We have been getting quite a lot of students from UJ in working with Ingrid, our social worker. It’s quite amazing to see how many youngsters are out there wanting to make the world a better place for others ❤️❤️❤️
The soccer club is up and running again, and more and more of our boys are joining!
David House, our children’s home, were blessed with a new set of pots and pans generously gifted by Ronel’s sister. Ronel is the oil that makes our distribution flow smoothly 😊
It is Financial Year End for many companies, and we would just like to remind you that donations are a tax-saver. Also that we are fully accredited with Section 18A tax certificates which we process for each and every donation.
Well, that’s it 😊 short and sweet this month!
